Website Privacy Notice

This notice covers www.mypracticehq.com, the marketing website operated by Vytivo, Inc. The PracticeHQ platform is covered separately by the PracticeHQ Platform Privacy Notice and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

What we collect when you visit

Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives standard web-server logs for each request: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the referring page. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which records page views, referrers, and clicks on the demo buttons. It does not set cookies and does not track you across other websites; visitor identifiers are hashed and discarded daily.

When you schedule a demo

The booking form is provided by Cal.com. The name, email address, notes, and times you enter are stored by Cal.com and shared with Vytivo so that we can hold the meeting and follow up about it. Cal.com may set cookies within its booking window under its own privacy policy. We record that a booking was made, not its contents, in our analytics.

When you join the waitlist

We store your email address, signup time, signup page, and campaign identifier (if present) in Amazon Web Services to manage the PracticeHQ waitlist. We send a welcome email and availability updates through Amazon Simple Email Service, and record email delivery attempts. We use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit automated submissions. Waitlist analytics record the signup page, not your email address. You can opt out or request deletion at any time by replying to an email or contacting privacy@mypracticehq.com. Joining the waitlist does not enroll you in the beta program. We retain your signup until you ask us to remove it or it is no longer needed for onboarding updates.

When you email us

Messages sent to support@, privacy@, or legal@mypracticehq.com are delivered through Google Workspace and kept as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the correspondence. Please do not include clinical information in ordinary email.

What we do not do

This website sets no non-essential cookies, runs no advertising pixels, uses no session replay, and does not sell personal information. Browser storage is not used.
